Green Light Teaching School Alliance

Our Outstanding Teachers Programme (OTP) starts on Tuesday 6th March 2018, with our Middle Leadership Programme starting on Thursday 1st May 2018.

The Outstanding Teacher Programme - OTP

'This programme is for teachers in both primary and secondary settings, who consistently strive for outstanding teaching and learning in their classrooms. It will provide them with an extended opportunity to reflect on, refine and develop their practice, and enable them to consider how they can have an impact on teaching and learning across their school community. Participants will focus on a range of aspects of teaching and learning, including challenge, engagement, assessment, differentiation, questioning and planning. The sessions are linked to practical tasks back in the school setting; including applying what has been learnt from the observation of others.’
